Building in Color KAL/Workshop

When ordering yarn for this workshop - there are no refunds on the class or yarn.

The class begins Saturday, February 3rd from 10:30 to noon. We will meet at the store the first Saturday of every month ending on January 4th, 2025. There is also a zoom class every Mon  @ 5:30 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. which will cover the same information shared on Saturday.

Learn to expertly manage multiple colors while creating a gorgeous sampler afghan. If you loved Building Blocks then this follow-up book is for you! Many of the designs are timeless favorites, some are original creations, and ALL of them are deliciously fun!

10 colorwork panels combine to make this blanket.

To make all of the “Building In Color“ panels in the book, you will need a total of 24 hanks of HiKoo’s Simplicity yarn (8 hanks each of 3 different colors is recommended). Buttery soft, machine washable, and available in a huge selection of vibrant colors, this yarn is the perfect yarn for your gorgeous blanket!

Finished size is: 40" x 54" using a US size 6 needle 

There are two options to purchase for this class.

Option 1 is $265. It's a kit that includes the class fee, yarn and book necessary for the project. For special ordering the yarn you will save $40! Your cost will be $225. First, select Option 1 kit and add to your cart for payment, then select your 3 colors of choice. When picking your colors, think light to dark, you will pick three colors in total. The kit includes 8 skeins of each color. Be sure to pick ONLY 3 colors from color choices below. You will have a total of 4 items in your cart at checkout to have the kit tailored to you. The discounted cost of the total kit is $225.00. 

Option 2 is $45. This kit includes the class fee and book only. You can purchase your yarn as you go from YSB,  but there are no special orders.
