Julie Kardi Kit by Alina Appasova

This cardigan is named after my best friend Julie, who is kind, generous, and professionally sarcastic. This cardigan got its name when she laughed and said, “Let’s just call it the Julie Cardi.” I swapped the C for a K, and the Julie Kardi was born.

The Julie Kardi is worked seamlessly from the top down with a circular yoke and an all-over garter-based mosaic pattern that’s easier than it looks. Knit it in two high-contrast colors for a bold graphic look, or use leftovers, mini skeins, gradients, or color-changing yarn to create a one-of-a-kind cardigan. Choose from four sleeve options, from cap sleeves to full-length sleeves, to make it perfect for any season.

Each kit has been specially curated by Julie (the cardigan's namesake) or Alina knowing the color dynamics will work to create a beautiful piece. There will be 4 skeins of yarn for Kits 1 -4 and 2 skeins plus the gradient kit for Kit 5. This will cover up to a size 47" bust. The pattern is included with the purchase of the kit.
