Knitting Socks in tandem helps avoid second sock syndrome by knitting your socks in small pieces, one then the other. Cuff, cuff. Leg, leg. Etc,
You will learn to knit the Rye Socks by Tin Can Knits.
Class Supplies:
Fingering weight yarn
Two US 2 36" Needles for ease of working on socks in tandem.
Bring a darning needle, stitch markers and scissors.
Homework:
Create a guage swatch of 32 stitches and 46 rounds/4 inches
The first class will be casting on, working the rib, leg and heel flap.
Second class will be heel turn, gussets, foot and toe.
This class is a two part series on June 6 and 13. from 2-4pm.
